Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to provide experienced program administration and supervision to meet contracted goals. You will support program staff, monitor service delivery, and coordinate day-to-day operations on-site in Los Angeles.

This role emphasizes intake, service planning, data quality, and compliance with funder requirements, with mandatory fingerprint clearance and background checks.

Qualifications

• 12 Months of supervisory experience in a social services organization (leading programs, projects, or staff)
• Associate’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience (2 years).
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve grant objectives by supervising the program staff and monitoring service delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of program service providers, overseeing intake and service plans.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case file audits for records accuracy.
• Monitor program compliance and maintain documentation of procedures.
• Assist Director with implementing policies, training, and staff development.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
