Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to provide experienced support to program staff and help fulfill contract goals. You will monitor KPIs, ensure data quality, and mentor staff while coordinating service delivery and outreach with community partners.

The role emphasizes on-site program operations, compliance, and collaboration with funders, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to the neediest populations.

Competenze

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization.
• Ability to perform under emotional stress and conflicts.
• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of program staff and service delivery.
• Monitor progress toward grant objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate intake, service plans, and delivery of services.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and monthly case file audits.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and funder requirements.
• Lead outreach and collaboration with community partners.
