Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to support program staff in meeting contracted goals, ensuring data quality, and delivering services on-site to vulnerable populations in Los Angeles.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, maintain records, monitor compliance, and mentor a team while partnering with directors and community partners to achieve funder objectives and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Ability to handle emotional stress and challenging clients in the field.
• Experience supervising staff in social services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to program staff and monitor service delivery to meet grant objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, service plan creation, and delivery of client services.
• Maintain complete and accurate participant records and reports for the Director.
