Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor III to assist in achieving contracted goals across multiple services. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring data quality, and supporting program operations on site.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent, at least 1 year post‑graduate Social Services experience, and 18 months of supervisory leadership. Must pass mandated background checks and be a mandated reporter.

Qualifications

• One year of post-graduate work in Social Services (three years total experience if no degree).
• Eighteen months of supervisory experience in a social services setting.
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Supervise program staff to achieve grant objectives and report progress to the Director.
• Provide direct supervision of professional and operational staff.
• Monitor program compliance with VOALA policies and required procedures.
