Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to lead program staff, ensure services meet contractual goals, and manage daily operations on-site. Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a social services setting is preferred.
• Proficient data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to take clear notes and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff to meet grant objectives and monitor service delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations and service delivery to clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and monthly case file audits.
• Ensure program compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Assist Director with policy implementation and staff training.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
