Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor II to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise the program staff, and ensure contract objectives are met. This role includes coordinating intake, service planning, and service delivery to clients, with a focus on data quality and outcomes.

The position requires at least 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services setting, fingerprint clearance, and the ability to manage challenging situations.

Qualifications

• 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization.
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to work under emotional stress and with challenging clients.
• Experience with HMIS and data reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients.
• Monitor progress toward grant objectives and report to the Director.
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly file audits.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and proper documentation.
• Coordinate outreach and collaboration with community partners and staff.
• Provide guidance on program operations and budgeting and supervise staff.
• Attend to outreach and other duties as assigned.
