Job summary

The HT Group is seeking a Program Service Scheduler for our client in Beaumont, Texas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position, fully onsite, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule totaling 35–40 hours per week.

Spanish bilingual preferred and training provided to ensure success in a small, friendly team. Responsibilities include scheduling clients for imaging services, handling intake calls and applications, and accurately completing data entry while maintaining client information.

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $18 / hour
