The HT Group seeks a Program Service Scheduler for our client in Beaumont, TX. This onsite role schedules clients for imaging services, handles intake calls, and completes data entry with accuracy and courtesy.

Spanish bilingual preferred. You will use Microsoft Outlook to schedule and communicate, maintain client records, and provide professional customer service in a small team.

The HT Group is seeking a Program Service Scheduler for our client in Beaumont.

Spanish bilingual preferred.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Employment Type

Full-time, Temp-to-Hire (Fully Onsite)

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hrs/week)

Pay Rate

$18 / hour
