The HT Group is looking for a dependable and organized Billing Administrator to join our client in Beaumont for this contract-to-hire role. This position pays $18-$20/hour and follows a Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule. The ideal candidate will have a background in billing and administrative support, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately
• Create and maintain new patient charts
• Accurately input documents and medical orders into the system

• Order medications and label them upon receipt
