Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support operations at our outpatient MAT centers. You will work under the Program Supervisor, help manage staff, handle scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies across centers.

This role emphasizes patient care, efficient center operations, and teamwork to improve outcomes. You will contribute to KPI achievement, participate in interviews, and assist with onboarding, while maintaining high standards of patient

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles or team leadership preferred.
• Experience with substance use disorder treatment settings is a plus.
• Must meet state licensure, education, and experience requirements for supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment aligned with Crossroads mission and culture.
• Assist Program Supervisor with KPI achievement: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, NPS.
• Lead interviews and onboarding, monitor staff performance and training.
• Oversee front office duties, patient check-in/out, and vitals collection.
• Ensure labs are completed timely and accurate; manage payments & deposits.
