Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support the Program Supervisor in achieving KPI targets and ensuring compliant operations across multiple centers. You will help maintain high-quality MAT services and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role involves staffing, onboarding, scheduling, front desk duties, and coordinating patient insurance matters, with a focus on compassionate patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health.
• Program Supervisor must meet state-defined licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor with KPI achievement (Census, Attrition, EBITDA, NPS).
• Partner on employee relations and interviews for open positions.
• Onboarding new team members and reviewing job descriptions and policies.
• Create schedules, approve timecards, and perform front office duties.
• Manage patient insurance information and address insurance concerns.
