Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks an Assistant Program Supervisor to support center operations in Feasterville/Philadelphia clinics. The role includes staff onboarding, interviewing, scheduling, and timecard approvals, while upholding Crossroads policies and a patient-centered MAT approach.

You will work with the Program Supervisor to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff development across multiple centers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program preferred.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Background with substance use or mental health a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Foster an environment aligned with Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
  • Assist with interviews and onboarding of new staff.
  • Create staff schedules and approve timecards.
  • Support center operations including front desk, vitals, and urine toxicology.
  • Monitor performance, provide training, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Handle patient concerns and conversations regarding insurance.
