Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and regulatory standards. You will interview and orient new associates, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate staff training to support quality patient care.

The role requires a four-year degree in counseling or related field, at least three years of supervisory experience, MAT exposure, and GA licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• MAT experience required.
• Master's degree preferred and licensure in GA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and provide guidance as needed.
• Screen and interview new associates for hire and coordinate approvals.
• Orient new associates to policies, handbook, and responsibilities.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and monitor PTO and time.
• Provide staff training and development opportunities and coordinate reporting.
