Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks an Assistant Program Supervisor to support daily operations across multiple Tennessee centers, including Fayetteville, Sparta, and Tullahoma. You will help maintain an engaging work culture, uphold policies, and drive KPI performance under the Program Supervisor.

The role focuses on scheduling, staff onboarding, and frontline patient support, with opportunities for growth in a mission-driven, evidence-based MAT program.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and supervisory experience.
• Candidates should also have experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Creates and fosters an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture
• Supports and reinforces Crossroads policies and procedures
• Assists Program Supervisor with the achievement of Crossroads KPI's: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS
• Proactively partner with Program Supervisor on employee relations matters
• Partners with Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions
• Onsite scheduling and timecard approvals for center staff
• Front office responsibilities including Check-in/Check-out and vitals
• Maintain patient insurance information and address insurance concerns
