Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support our mission across multiple TN centers. You will help implement policies, oversee front office tasks, and ensure efficient center operations during scheduled hours.

The role involves coordinating staff, assisting in interviews, onboarding, and performance development while maintaining patient care standards at Fayetteville, Sparta and Tullahoma locations.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Assist Program Supervisor with achieving key KPIs: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Lead interviews and onboarding for new team members; support staff training and performance evaluations.
