Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to lead daily operations at multiple outpatient centers. You will support the Program Supervisor, oversee staff, and ensure smooth patient flow and guidance on policy adherence.

The role emphasizes front desk duties, patient concerns, and coordinating with clinical and support teams to sustain high-quality MAT services. A high school diploma is required, with preference for supervision and substance use disorder experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health.
• Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Supervisor with achievement of KPI’s: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Partner with Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions.
• Assist with onboarding and acclimation of new team members, including review of job description and policies.
• Create schedules and approve timecards for teammates at assigned centers.
• Perform front office duties: check-in/check-out, vitals, and urine toxicology.
• Ensure labs are completed timely and sent to the appropriate lab.
• Maintain patient insurance information and address insurance concerns.
• Communicate changes with team and ensure timely implementation.
• Assist with performance evaluations and staff training.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Be available onsite during center operating hours.
