Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, oversee overnight staff, and provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including scheduling and budget tasks.

You will help deliver person-centered services, support transportation and behavioral services, and assist in developing individualized plans while ensuring high-quality care and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support delivery of services and activities.
• Promote community engagement, relationship building, and personal growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual service and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
