Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead overnight staff and support day-to-day program operations. The role includes administrative tasks and assisting with staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities include documenting services, coordinating transportation and activities, and promoting community engagement. You will participate in on-call rotations and contribute to person-centered planning and service delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Reliable and willing to learn; open to new opportunities.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise overnight staff.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including staffing schedules and budget tasks.
• Complete required documentation and support services, transportation, behavioral support, and skill development.
• Support community engagement, personal growth, and development of valued social roles.
• Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
