Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead overnight staff, help with staffing schedules, and assist the Program Coordinator with operations and budgeting. The role includes documenting services, coordinating transportation, and supporting a range of activities for individuals served.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed care, community engagement, and developing individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight staff and assist with staffing schedules.
• Support program operations and budget-related tasks.
• Complete required documentation and support transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Develop and implement individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
• Promote community engagement and personal growth through activities.
• Assist in coordinating activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
