Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to help lead overnight staff and support individuals served, while assisting with staffing, operations, and budgeting. The role emphasizes collaboration with direct care teams to deliver consistent services.

You will complete required documentation, support transportation and behavioral interventions, and promote skill development, mentoring, and community engagement for participants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership alongside direct support staff to supervise overnight staff and deliver services.
• Assist the Program Coordinator with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
• Complete required documentation and support transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, and personal growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
