Open Sky Community Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, supervise overnight team, and support the Program Coordinator with scheduling, operations, and budgeting tasks.

The role emphasizes documentation, program delivery, and assisting with individualized plans, transportation, and activities that promote growth and engagement across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
