Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to work alongside direct support staff, supervise overnight shifts, and provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator.

You will help with staffing, program operations, and budgeting tasks while delivering person-centered services that promote independence, community participation, and meaningful activities for the individuals we serve.

The role requires reliability, willingness to learn, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
