Job summary

Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, oversee overnight staff, and provide administrative help to the Program Coordinator.

You will assist with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served in Central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, willing to learn and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support delivery of services, transportation, behavioral support, and mentoring.
• Implement activities promoting community engagement and development of valued social roles.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
