Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead overnight staff and assist the Program Coordinator with scheduling, operations, and budget tasks. The role includes documenting services, coordinating transportation, and supporting skill development for individuals served.

You will help implement individualized plans, promote community engagement, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
