Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, overseeing overnight staff and providing administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including staffing schedules and budget tasks.

The role focuses on delivering person-centered services, coordinating transportation and behavioral support, and promoting engagement through skill development and recreational activities, while supporting program operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program’s on‑call rotation.
