The role involves completing documentation, supporting services, and promoting community engagement while developing individualized plans and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate overnight staff in addition to direct support staff.
• Support staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services.
• Promote community engagement, relationship-building, personal growth, and social role development.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
