Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of program oversight including planning, budget, and coordination.
• Two years of direct management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with data management and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more programs of substantive size and budget.
• Set goals and create tactics to achieve program objectives.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities of a program including relationships with outside agencies or subcontractors.
• Manage budget, including approving finances, tracking expenditures, identifying variances and preparing reports.
• Coordinate and assist in training programs for employees, volunteers, and the community.
• Plan data management and communications strategy for the program; work with senior management on goals and milestones.
• Manage databases used to analyze criteria and deliver data, monitor and evaluate program policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
