Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Two years of direct management experience required.

  • Experience with data management and reporting is a plus.

  • Plan data management and communications strategy for the program; work with senior management on goals and milestones.
  • Manage databases used to analyze criteria and deliver data, monitor and evaluate program policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties:
  • Manage one or more programs (project #) of substantive size andbudget.
  • Set goals and create tactics to achieve programobjectives.

  • Manage the use of databases used to analyze criteria anddeliver data, as well as to monitor, evaluate, and recommend seniormanagement revision to program operating policies andprocedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
For Supervisory Designation

Job must supervise 2 or morestaff, and the following function is required: Create a cohesive work team that works collaboratively to achieveprogram(s) goals. Oversee the recruitment, performance, andtraining of team members and continually review strengths andweaknesses of staff to maintain a well-trained, highly involved,and motivated team.

Qualifications :
Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Four (4) years of program oversight includingprogram planning, budget, and coordination

Supervisory Experience:

Non-Supervisory Designation =N/A

Supervisory Designation

Two (2) years of direct managementexperience required.

Certification/Licensure:

Project Management Professional(PMP) Certification preferred.

Other:

Except for qualifications established by law,additional related experience and formal education in which one hasgained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for fullperformance of the work of the job class may be substituted for theeducation or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year ofrelated experience. In instances where specific education and/orexperience is required only directly related education and/orexperience may be substituted.

Hiring Ranges: Commensurate with education andexperience
Supervisory:

$94,000 - $106,000

Non-Supervisory:

$85,500 - $95,000
