Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Location: Central or Eastern Time Zones Preferred

Are you a results-driven leader passionate about building client relationships? Amplity seeks a Program Manager to oversee multiple sales programs, lead remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This remote role favors candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Market access experience is a plus!

Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a vital role in driving multiple contracted programs by managing client relationships and leading sales and account teams. This leadership role requires managing several programs, ensuring collaboration, alignment with client goals, and achievement of deliverables.

As the primary liaison, the Program Manager acts as a trusted advisor, partnering with Amplity leadership to identify growth, optimize team performance, and deliver results. Success depends on understanding client products, operations, and market trends to exceed expectations and deliver value.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build strong client partnerships to meet deliverables and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, fostering collaboration.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Program Management

  • Oversee program deliverables, ensuring team performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales, efficiency, and compliance results.
  • Develop strategies based on performance data for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain understanding of client products and market trends.
  • Address challenges proactively and adapt strategies as needed.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and guide sales and account representatives.
  • Lead hiring activities.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Manage engagement and performance accountability.

Expense Management

  • Review and approve employee expenses per policies.
  • Maintain expenses within budget.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare reports for leadership and clients, including QBRs and performance summaries.
  • Provide insights for decision-making and growth.

Compliance

  • Adhere to Amplity and client policies, privacy, and laws.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work with team members, project management, and support departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years in pharma sales and account management leadership.
  • Remote team management experience preferred.
  • Market Access experience preferred.
  • Proven performance record.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Pass all required training.
  • Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
