Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Location: Central or Eastern Time Zones Preferred

Amplity is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple contracted sales programs, lead remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving success across multiple programs by managing client relationships and leading remote sales and account teams. This leadership position involves managing several programs simultaneously, ensuring collaboration, alignment with client goals, and achievement of deliverables.

As the primary liaison, the Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborate with Amplity leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize team performance, and deliver results. Success requires a strong understanding of client products, operations, and market intelligence to exceed expectations and deliver value.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships to meet deliverables and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Program Management

  • Oversee execution of program deliverables, ensuring performance expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and report on sales, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Develop strategies based on performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain knowledge of client products, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Address challenges proactively and adapt strategies as needed.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and guide sales and account representatives to achieve objectives.
  • Lead hiring and interviewing processes.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture with ongoing support and development.
  • Manage team engagement and performance.

Expense Management

  • Review and approve expense reports, maintaining budget compliance.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare reports for leadership and clients, including performance summaries.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making and growth.

Compliance

  • Adhere to all policies, privacy guidelines, and legal requirements.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with program team members and support departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and account management experience.
  • Remote team management experience preferred.
  • Market Access experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to travel for field visits and meetings.
  • Ability to pass required training.
  • Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
