Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) seeks a seasoned program manager to optimize customer returns and recommerce operations. You will partner with product, program, software, and operations teams to improve processes, tools, and customer experiences across the returns lifecycle.

The role emphasizes establishing scalable procedures, driving data-driven improvements, and delivering dashboards that measure success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational capabilities to support new business needs.
• Operational processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies.
• Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
• Field tools and dashboards to assist with execution of brilliant basic pillars.
• Shared projects with other WWR&R teams - NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs and Tech - as cross functional stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and track success metrics.
