Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) team seeks a program manager to lead evaluation tools and drive improvements across AMXL operations, partnering with ReLo, Product, and Ops to raise productivity and reduce costs.

You will build dashboards, own end-to-end delivery, and influence Senior Leadership with data-driven results, while scaling programs for a future-focused reverse logistics operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation tools suite enhancements specific to AMXL operations.
• Partner with ReLo Operations, Product, business teams and Ops support to launch new programmatic initiatives that improve recovery and reduce concessions.
• Identify Upstream Defects and collaborate with PMO, product, tech & Ops for sustainable solutions.
• Create mechanisms for continuous improvement for AMXL operations and raising the bar of excellence.
• Develop dashboards and track success metrics.
