Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Program Manager within the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) team in Bellevue, WA. You will own and scale the evaluation tools suite for AMXL, partner with Operations, Product, and Ops support to launch programmatic initiatives, and drive improvements across the reverse logistics ecosystem.

You will also build dashboards and metrics to measure success and inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own scoping, designing, and implementing operational capabilities to support new business needs.
• Develop processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies.
• Create SOPs to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
• Develop field tools and dashboards to assist with execution of key pillars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMO, product, tech, and operations.
