Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) team seeks a Program Manager to lead XL ReLo Ops Excellence initiatives. You will own the evaluation tools suite, partner with operations and product teams, and drive scalable improvements across AMXL.

You will design end-to-end programs, build dashboards, and set up procedures that reduce cost and raise quality, while aligning with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation tools suite enhancements for the AMXL business line.
• Partner with ReLo Operations, Product, business teams and Ops support teams to launch new programmatic initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions.
• Identify Upstream Defects and partner with respective teams across PMO, product, tech & Ops for sustainable solution mechanisms.
• Create mechanisms for continuous improvement for AMXL operations and raising the bar of excellence.
• Develop dashboards and track success metrics.
• Scope and design operational capabilities to support new business needs.
• Implement processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies.
• Define Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
