Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) seeks a seasoned product leader to own the vision and roadmap for under-the-roof quality across the global Reverse Logistics network. You will translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements, partner with engineering, and deliver scalable solutions that improve data-driven quality metrics and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision & roadmap for under-the-roof Advanced programs across the global Reverse Logistics network.
• Translate operational and customer pain points into product requirements by analyzing data and working backward from outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing recovery, seller recovery, and customer trust.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, data science, and applied science teams to deliver scalable, tech-driven solutions (e.g., fraud detection models).
• Define success metrics and KPIs; instrument programs to measure impact and iterate.
• Influence senior leadership by presenting strategy, roadmap progress, and results in leadership forums.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to launch new product initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions.
• Champion experimentation, A/B tests, pilots, and proofs-of-concept to validate hypotheses before scaling.
