Job summary

The People Concern seeks a Program Manager for Permanent Housing Services at The Lodge in Los Angeles, CA. This onsite role oversees ICMS teams, ensures clinical supervision, and coordinates housing services with DHS HFH partners.

The position requires trauma-informed practice, crisis response, and strong collaboration with community resources. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will manage the ICMS program, supervise case managers, and ensure compliance with funder standards while

Qualifications

• MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD registered with CA BBS.
• Minimum two years’ full-time homeless services experience.
• Two years’ supervisory experience managing staff.
• Able to work in a harm-reduction model with clients facing multiple barriers.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to ICMS staff.
• Lead weekly team meetings and case consultations with trauma-informed approach.
• Coordinate with DHS HFH partners and community resources for housing services.
• Respond to client crises and support after-hours coverage.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and timely reporting.
