Job summary

The People Concern is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the ICMS teams across project-based housing sites. You will provide clinical supervision, coordinate crisis response, and ensure program compliance with funder standards.

Strong leadership and trauma-informed care are essential. Reporting to the Director of Project-based Housing, you will manage staffing, budgets, and partnerships with property managers and community resources to sustain housing stability for clients experiencing

Qualifications

MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD registered with CA BBS.
Minimum of two years’ full-time experience working with the homeless.
Two years’ supervisory experience.
Current, valid CA Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Able to be on-call 24/7 with support from direct clinical supervisor and Housing Department Director.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Bachelors-level Case Managers and Masters-level Clinical Case Managers.
Facilitate weekly team meetings and case consultation with trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
Collaborate with Housing Department teams and partners to improve safety and well-being of clients.
Assist with client crisis management including assessment for psychiatric hospitalizations.
Respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis with support from supervisors.
Ensure documentation and data collection are complete and accurate through audits.
