Job summary

The People Concern is seeking a Program Manager for Project Based Housing in Los Angeles. The role oversees ICMS teams at 127th Street Apartments, coordinating with DHS HFH and site partners to ensure quality services for adults experiencing homelessness.

Onsite, full-time, with a focus on crisis management, documentation accuracy, and budget oversight within the 1603-Housing Retention program. Strong leadership and licensure eligibility are valued.

Qualifications

• MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD with CA BBS registration (supervision hours available).
• Licensed preferred but license-eligible.
• Minimum two years’ full-time homeless services experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to ICMS team members.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and trauma-informed case consultations.
• Coordinate with DHS HFH staff and site partners to ensure funder standards.
