Job summary

The People Concern is a Los Angeles-based organization delivering housing and intensive case management services under DHS HFH. This Program Manager role leads ICMS teams at project-based housing sites, ensuring trauma-informed care and strong coordination with partners.

You will supervise bachelors and masters level staff, manage client crises, and ensure program compliance with funder standards. This central position requires leadership, empathy, and the ability to respond 24/7 as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s level case managers.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary ICMS teams and partners.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to ICMS teams.
• Coordinate services between DHS HFH program and ICMS staff.
• Ensure documentation and data accuracy for program clients.
