Amazon.com Services LLC's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team seeks a Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that optimize capacity, enhance network performance, and deliver measurable improvements across the fulfillment and operations network. You will define program plans, partner with stakeholders, maintain capacity models, and use data analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions with RME, non-RME, and Ops stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis, eliminate barriers, and deliver continuous improvements.
• Maintain and update capacity models to support utilization goals.
• Use analytics for data-driven decision-making; monitor performance and escalate issues needing corrective actions.
• Create and maintain program artifacts: BRDs, initiative plans, and status reports.
• Implement standard work practices to improve key metrics and translate lessons into standards.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes with data-backed recommendations.
• Remove barriers through hands-on problem-solving to deliver immediate results.
• Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
