Job summary

Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team seeks a Program Manager in Nashville to drive strategic initiatives across the global fulfillment network, optimizing capacity and performance through data-driven decision making.

You will lead cross-functional programs, partner with RME, Non-RME and Ops stakeholders, and develop standard work that scales. Strong program delivery, analytics, and communication to senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions with RME, Non-RME, and Ops stakeholders.
• Partner with RME, Non-RME, and Ops stakeholders to lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across the network.
• Own and optimize capacity models including architecture, methodology, and output validation.
• Leverage advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Create and maintain program artifacts such as BRDs, initiative plans, and white papers.
