Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager within Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) to drive cross-functional programs, optimize capacity, and deliver measurable improvements across the network.

You will collaborate with RME, non-RME, and Ops stakeholders, maintain capacity models, and translate metrics into standard work while communicating risks and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions collaboratively with RME, non-RME, and Ops stakeholders.
  • Partner with RME, non-RME, and Ops stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis, eliminate operational barriers, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across the network.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
