Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager to drive capacity expansion of our Global Fulfillment network. You will manage project life cycles from planning to launch, collaborating with Capacity Planning, Engineering Design, Procurement, and field teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and clear communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in complex problem solving and working under tight schedules.
• Cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• Ability to drive end-to-end delivery and report to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly alignment meetings on network projects.
• Coordinate milestones with Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics.
• Review milestones and schedules for feasibility and risk.
• Maintain and present the Engineering Project Tracker and resource data.
• Escalate issues affecting schedules and support hand-offs to execution teams.
