Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior RME Program Manager to own CMMS strategy across the North American network, including the Henderson area. You will drive standardization, improve PM effectiveness, and empower local teams with tools, training, and processes to achieve world-class reliability.

In this role you’ll build data-driven programs, train planners, and collaborate with global stakeholders on spare parts optimization and cost reduction. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS, train and assist local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planners.
• Drive RME standards rollout in North America initiatives and participate in network-led projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports; monitor standards through reporting and audits.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements to the network.
• Work with Global RME on cost reduction and spare parts optimization; travel up to 50%.
