Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) organization is seeking a Senior RME Program Manager to own CMMS strategy across the North American network. You will standardize processes, improve PM effectiveness, and equip local teams with tools, training, and procedures to sustain world-class equipment reliability.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration with site maintenance teams, and leadership in rolling out CMMS functionality nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level SME on the CMMS, train local planners and support network initiatives.
• Drive RME standards rollout in North America and participate in network projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance to reduce intrusiveness and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Global RME on spare parts optimization and cost reduction.
