Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Program Manager within the Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) organization to drive cross-functional programs that optimize capacity and network performance.

You will partner with RME and Ops teams, develop standard work, build capacity models, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership to achieve measurable improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions with RME, non-RME, and Ops stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis, remove barriers, and deliver continuous improvements across the network.
• Maintain and update capacity models with data inputs, methodology docs, and validation.
• Use analytics for data-driven decisions; monitor performance and escalate issues.
• Create and maintain program artifacts including BRDs, initiative plans, and status reports.
• Implement standard work practices that improve key metrics and share standards across sites.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes with data-backed recommendations.
• Remove operational barriers through hands-on problem-solving for immediate results.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
