Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior RME Program Manager to own CMMS strategy and execution across the North American fulfillment network. You will standardize processes, improve PM effectiveness, and empower local teams with tools, training, and procedures for world-class equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with Global RME and site teams, drive data-driven improvements, and lead cross-functional programs while traveling up to half of the time to sites for audits and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS, train and assist local planners and support network initiatives.
• Drive RME standards rollout in North America and participate in network projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines for efficiency.
• Compile equipment information and performance metrics to inform network-wide improvements.
• Travel up to 50%.
