Precision AQ - Medical Communications in Boston is seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs, oversee workflows, and partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

The role combines client relationship management, process governance, financial oversight, and mentorship of junior staff, with focus on accurate documentation and regulatory alignment. Travel may be required to support program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful execution of client programs.
• Serve as an operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, and status.
• Oversee project documentation, MLR review processes, and financial tracking/invoicing activities.
• Act as primary client contact for status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications.
• Coordinate vendor activities and support Program Coordinators as needed.
