Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead the delivery of medical communications programs. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and maintain operational excellence.

You will oversee workflows, MLR coordination, documentation, and financial tracking, while serving as the primary client contact and mentoring junior team members to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in pharma-related services (medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production).
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project workflows and ensure successful execution of client programs.
• Coordinate MLR review processes and manage project documentation.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions.
• Provide guidance to Program Coordinators and mentor junior PMs.
