Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead medical communications programs, partnering with Scientific Directors, Strategic Accounts, clients and cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure timely delivery. This is a role balancing client partnership, process management and financial oversight while guiding a collaborative project team.

You will oversee workflows, coordinate MLR reviews, maintain project documentation, and support invoicing and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs.
• Serve as an operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers with visibility into timelines, milestones, resources, financials, and status.
• Oversee project workflows, coordinate MLR review processes, manage documentation, and support budgeting and invoicing activities.
• Act as primary client contact for status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications while ensuring compliance with client and industry requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators and mentor junior team members.
